Jake and his family of animals want to welcome you to his farm on the grassy hill where all the rescued animals come to live and play. Jake works hard on his farm tending to his crops sheep and pigs but over the past year Jake has taken in 3 ducks, 3 chickens, 4 rabbits, 2 Pigs, 1 Cow and 2 Sheeps all the animals have been working hard with Jake to make products for all the children so they can be just like them. Jakes Farm Yards new products are made by all the animals and they have Now made slippers like there feet so your feet can stay warm like theres.
